Patricia Edna (Pat) Oertley, passed away peacefully in her Bend home, on Nov.6, 2022 at the age of 95. She was born in Pensacola, FL on Oct. 9, 1927, to Cecil and Virginia (Bufkin) Webb, and grew up through high school with her brothers Cecil Jr. and Jerry, and sister Virginia, in Tampa, FL. She has resided in central Oregon for 40 years, first in Sunriver, then Bend.

Frederick William Goff

Frederick William Goff passed away on November 5, 2022, in Austin, Texas embraced by the family he so generously loved to the very end. Anchored in his faith, Fred was devoted to his family, generously served his community for decades, and gave much to this world as a gifted engineer and leader.

Ibrahim Iliyan, 85, passed peacefully in his home in Montreal, Quebec on Oct. 23, 2022, surrounded by his family. Ibrahim was born on Feb. 21, 1937 in Jaffa, Palestine. Upon completion of a Petroleum Engineering degree in Egypt, Ibrahim began his 37 and a half-year career with Saudi Aramco.

Navy Veteran. He was a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church and his passions in life were gardening and spending time with his family.
