Mr. James Ronald Gates, 75, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Ron was born in Hampton, Virginia on May 27, 1946. He was a graduate of Virginia Tech University, and his career included positions with Texaco, Columbia Nitrogen, Saudi Aramco and DSM Chemicals.

Fred Douglas “Doug” Watts, of Seale, passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at age 80. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at the Living Water Church in Groesbeck (308 N. Leon St.), with Pastor George Ibarra officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
