Don Chase Allen, 83 of Lexington passed Friday, November 26, 2021 at the Lexington Regional Health Center. He was born August 20, 1938 in Blythedale, Missouri to Bob and Clara (Moore) Allen. He attended high school and graduated in Wichita, Kansas in 1957. On July 22, 1958 he entered the US Army and was honorably discharged on August 1, 1961.
