Saudi Aramco has passed another environmental milestone with the publication of the Marine Atlas of the Western Arabian Gulf. The atlas is the first of its kind in the Kingdom and offers a unique window into the diverse, rich marine and coastal environments of the Arabian Gulf.

Benny and Carol Cespedes were visiting Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, famous for its now-rebuilt Stari Most bridge between religious communities, this spring when their home in Austin, Texas, burned in a wildfire.

I first arrived in Saudi Arabia in 1946 with my parents, Gerry and Dolores Kennedy (Badge #125), and two siblings, Mollie and Terry. I was one of the 13 kids in Ras Tanura who opened the school in 1946 in the old Mess Hall with Mr. Sam Whipple as teacher and principal.

Many Aramcons may be familiar with Ben Mayeri of Isfahan, Iran, one of the greatest metalsmiths of modern times. He was featured in National Geographic. In fact, oil rig operators used to have their hard hats engraved by this master craftsmen.

Khurais Field Hosts G-20 Officials
Some big players in the world economy visited the Khurais Field on Oct. 16 to learn about Saudi Aramco’s role in energy security. A number of deputy finance ministers and central bank officials from G-20 countries were in Riyadh to attend an energy security workshop organized by the Ministry of Finance.
