The following document explains how the newly formed Saudi Aramco Annuitants Biennial Hafla Organizing Committee will oversee and help with all future Annuitants Reunions.
This Committee will provide checks and balances, create continuity, and work together to help future Hosts and Hostesses. The Committee will also select the site and Host/Hostess for future reunions. The committee will oversee that monies are spent wisely and that books/notes at the end of the reunion are turned over to the future Host/Hostess. Finances will be audited and made available to future Host/Hostess for planning.
There was no such Committee before and in order for a smooth transition between reunions, for overseeing and guidance, it is necessary for this group.
