Evelyn Marie McGreal
Evelyn Marie McGreal, age 86, passed away on January 7, 2018. Born on October 12, 1931 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Evelyn graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1953 advancing to head of Mercy's Nursery Department in 1956. From 1960-1963 and 1975-1980 she worked for ARAMCO teaching nursing at King Faisal Hospital, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Evelyn earned her BSN and MSN from UMD and was a nursing instructor for Mercy Hospital and Church Home School of nursing. She retired from Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1993.
Evelyn enjoyed life to the fullest with being active in ski, hiking, camping and sailing clubs. She was a Hamilton resident until coming to Oak Crest Village in 2000. She continued being active with the Computer Club, Red Hats Ladies and presenting Arm Chair Travel Power Point Presentations.
