Bullied as a young boy, the Aramco building inspector made a promise to himself he’d become bigger and stronger. Today, he’s a body builder champion. “In high school, my weight was too low, and I was very small,” says Mohammad Abdullah Al Darwish. “Some of the boys would bully me. They would pick me up and throw me like a ball. I was very upset — it broke my heart.”

Chemical engineer Yasir Ahmed Shaikh, son of Saudi Aramco retiree Manzoor Shaikh (#72818), and Simrah Tanveer tied the wedding knot on December 26, 2022. A group of friends from the Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA) attended the wedding reception along with their families.

On January 21st, 2023, we arranged a dinner party at our house for celebrations. One was for cousin Talha who was recently married to Namrah. It was also my mother Erum Imran’s birthday the same day and my mami, Samia Siddiqui’s birthday the following day, so we celebrated with our family.
Young Iqbal Ahmed Khan was a bright child. For his family, it was a dream come true when he was admitted to DJ Government Science College Karachi, having secured first division in his matriculation. Every club has a constitution, officials, and supporters and Dharan Rugby Union Football Club was no exception. Its first constitution established the Club in 1973/74, but a new one was adopted in 1976/77 when DRUFC became an Aramco self-directed AEA Group. Strip worn by the players went through a similar process.
Aramco has announced the appointment of four people to senior vice president positions in the company. The appointments all became effective Jan. 1. Sulaiman M. Ababtain as a senior vice president, leading SOFON Holding. Yahya A. Abu Shal as a senior vice president, he previously had been appointed the CEO of Sadara. Meshari M. Alshaikhmubarak as senior vice president of the Office of the Chairman. Abdullah S. Al-Suwailem as a senior vice president and president and CEO for the Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical (SATORP).
