6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon celery, chopped
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika

  1. Mike a slit horizontally through pork chops to the bone.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, onion, celery and margarine with small amount of additional milk to moisten.
  3. Place stuffing in center of pork chop. Place stuffed chops into shallow pan and sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon salt and paprika. Pour milk over chops.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350o F for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally.
