3 cups Anchor powdered milk
2 qts. water
Several nights preceeding use, mix milk and set over pilot light on stove in covered bowl for 24 hours. Stirring is not necessary. The following night, put mixture in cheesecloth bag with 2 trays of ice cubes and let drip overnight. The following morning stir and mix cheese to suit your taste.
