16 Oz. cream cheese
1/4 Cup cream or milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 Cloves garlic
1/4 Teaspoon tarragon
1/4 Teaspoon basil
1/4 Teaspoon thyme
1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 Teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 Dashes oregano


Grind spices in a mortar and mix it all together.
