Arab bread (see Khubz Arabic Bread or Arabic Bread recipe)
Olive oil
Tomato Sauce (see recipe)
Mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Pepperoni (or substitute Kielbasa)
Green pepper strips
Sliced polish sausage
Sliced fresh onions
Hot pepper seeds
Italian sausage*

This quick pizza lends itself well to parties and quick snacks!  Using Arab bread (Kobiz) available at the Suk eliminates the nuisance of making the yeast dough.  Split the Arab bread in half: brush a bit of olive oil on the bread.  Add sauce and garnish with one or more of the above, ending with the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

*Crumble bulk sausage and fry in olive oil with Italian seasoning and garlic salt

Yield: 8-10 pizzas
