Mrs. Zohra Iqbal, wife of Engr. Iqbal Ahmed Khan (73543), was born on September 23 1948 in Meerut, U.P, India. She was brought up by her father (late) Abdul Haleem Khan and mother Shoeba Khanum. She grew up with 6 siblings and was the eldest among 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She got married to Engr. Iqbal A. Khan on January 12, 1975 in Meerut and migrated to Pakistan. She was blessed with two daughters, Dr. Kiran Khan and Erum Iqbal.

Her impeccable upbringing was reflected in her exemplary character. She had a heart of gold and was one of the most caring people we knew. She went out of her way for every being and was the force that held the whole family together. She was a strong pillar of our family. Her legacy will live on through her heartfelt actions and loving manner. She encompassed all the traits we strive in ourselves to attain – a caring mother, loving wife, dutiful daughter, terrific sibling, and a beloved grandmother.
