Travis Wayne Offield
Travis Wayne Offield of Eastland, died Nov. 19, 2010.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, Nov. 23, at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland, with Rev. Terrell Jackson officiating. Private interment will follow at the Eastland Cemetery.
Travis was born in Breckenridge, on May 23rd 1946 to Clarence and Ollie Mae "Pat" (Cooper) Offield, both of Breckenridge. He graduated from Breckenridge High School and attended Cisco Junior College.
During the course of his career, Travis worked for Bell Helicopter, General Dynamics, and lastly Aramco in Saudi Arabia, where he served for 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Tommy and Claude, and a sister Patsy.
Travis is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jennifer, his daughter, Deona Lopez; son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Andrea Offield; and son, Craig Offield; and sister Youvonne McMillan. Travis was a loving father and husband and will be missed and remembered by his family.
