Philip C. Kidd
Philip C. Kidd, 48, until recently assistant to Vice President James T. Duce of the Arabian American Oil Company, died at his home in Connecticut Sept. 18. He suffered a heart attack.
Mr. Kidd, who graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1928, was for a number of years a member of the legal staff of the Irving Trust Company of New York.
He headed the United States lend-lease mission to Iran from 1942 to 1943.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Darrall Riely Kidd; a daughter, Miss Barra Lee Kidd, and a brother, Gentry Kidd, of Houston, Texas.
