Frank Joseph Zukoski
Dr. Frank Joseph Zukoski, 48, was a native of Scranton, Pa. He had been medical director for Tapline since 1951. Dr. Zukoski graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1942; he served his junior internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City and his internship at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Conn. During World War II, he was a captain with the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps.
In 1949, he joined the staff of Tapline and was promoted to Chief Medical Officer in January, 1951, and to Medical Director eight months later. In 1954, he took on added duties as a faculty member of the Medical School at the American University of Beirut, where he specialized in Industrial Medicine.
