Beverly Ann Kneese
Memorial services will be held at 3:30 this afternoon at the Fellowship Hall, House 1427-A, for Beverly Ann Kneese, who died in Dhahran on Friday, May 11. She was 30 years old last month.
Miss Kneese arrived in Saudi Arabia in August 1978 to join the Dhahran Primary School as a transitional teacher. She had returned to this post from a repatriation leave just a few days before her death.
Before joining the Dhahran School, Miss Kneese taught special education and first grade at the Pasadena Independent School in Pasadena, Tex., from 1973 until 1978, and the trainable mentally retarded at the Alvin Independent School in Alvin, Tex., in 1972-73. She held a BS in Education from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches and a master's degree in Special Education from Lamar University in Beaumont, Tex.
