Abdulla Jassim Kishi
Abdulla Jassim Kishi, assistant foreman in the Abqaiq Drilling Division, was killed in a traffic accident on August 18.
Kishi had worked in Drilling since taking employment with Aramco in January 1947. He qualified for special training in the U.S. and in 1961-62 attended the School of Drilling Technology in Odessa, Tex., followed by a series of assignments with drilling material manufacturers and service companies. Promoted to assistant foreman in 1962, Kishi worked in this capacity on both onshore and offshore drilling wells and in most of the company's oil fields. He had been working as acting drilling foreman in the Shedgum area during the month preceding his death. Surviving are his wife and eight children.
