1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsps. Sugar
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tbsps. Sherry
2 tbsps. Salal oil
½ cup consommé
Mix together all the ingredients and use as a marinade for beef or chicken.
