Following is an important message from the American Consulate in Dhahran.
Members of the U.S. Consulate are planning to be in the Jubail area in Early June 2016 for a day of American Citizen Services. This includes any service you would normally request from the American Consulate including but not limited to:
- Notarizations
- Consular Reports of Birth Abroad
- Passport Pickup
- New adult and minor passport applications and renewals,
- Consular reports of birth abroad & Notarizations.
Due to security concerns, the Consulate cannot confirm the date or location until someone requests an appointment via email to DhahranACS@state.gov.
If you live in the Jubail area and foresee a need for any of these services, please send an email message to: DhahranACS@state.gov requesting an appointment and the Consular team will respond.
ACS Section Closures: Please be advised that the Consular Section will be closed the afternoon of May 26 for internal meetings. No passport pickup or appointments can be accommodated during this time. Additionally, the Consulate is closed in observance of Memorial Day on Sunday, May 29, 2016.
