Dhahran Theatre Group Cookbook, 1993

Ingredients:

1 3Oz package Cream cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint extract
3 Cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Beat extract into cheese first then add sugar and mix until smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring.

Spread granulated sugar into molds. form mixture into small balls. Press into mold. Dry on wax paper overnight.

May be frozen.
