Ingredients:

2 Cans of artichoke hearts
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder to taste

Variations: (add one or all of the following)
1 Can tomatoes/green chilies (Ashley’s)
1 onion (diced and sautéed)

Directions:

Mix with food processor.
Bake @ 350? F. for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with Pita bread or tortilla chips.
