Carlota Ciganda of Spain won the individual title at the ATS Florida tournament after finishing two under par to clinch her seventh Ladies European Tour title.

Top golfers competed for the top spot on the leaderboard at the Aramco Team Series (ATS) held in West Palm Beach, Florida, as part of the Ladies European Tour. The global program strives to support the next generation of players and welcome them to the game.

Carlota Ciganda of Spain won the individual title at the ATS Florida tournament after finishing on two-under-par to clinch her seventh Ladies European Tour title.

The quartet of Pauline Roussin, Nuria Iturrioz, Trish Johnson, and amateur Michael Bickford won the team competition with a score of 25 under par.

The teams play over 36-holes in two days with a final round of the 54-hole individual competition played on Sunday.

Players competed at the Trump International Golf Club, a challenging course known for fast greens, uneven terrain, and lots of water hazards, sand traps, and deep rough.

The Aramco Team Series — Florida consists of 36 teams comprised of one amateur and three professionals. In the Pro-Am competition, Aramco Americas was represented by Gary Northcutt, director of Finance, and Jackson Sledzik, an accomplished junior player and son of Aramco Ventures’ managing director Jim P. Sledzik.

“It was likely the best manicured course I’ve ever played and an awesome event overall,” said Northcutt.

Jackson Sledzik, an accomplished junior player and son of Aramco Ventures’ managing director Jim P. Sledzik, was one of two golfers representing Aramco Americas.

As part of the tournament, a panel with experts from the worlds of business and golf was held to discuss issues related to wellness, mental health, and work-life balance.

“The discussion was a great opportunity to hear directly from leading women in business and golf about how they solve problems and approach challenges,” said Judy Sultan, supervisor of the Aramco Americas Brand Strategy division.

As part of the tournament, business and golf experts hosted a panel discussion on wellness, mental health, and work-life balance.

Now in its third year, the Aramco Team Series, is played across five global destinations throughout the year as part of the Ladies European Tour. After starting the season off in Singapore, the series moved to Florida, and next will go to London and Hong Kong, before concluding in Riyadh in October.

Aside from the team event, there is a three-day individual stroke play competition contest among the professionals, which contributes to both Race to Costa del Sol, which determines the tour’s overall champion, and Rolex World Ranking points.
