The Saudi Aramco Fire Protection Department (FrPD) recently collaborated with the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) to deliver the First International Fire Operations Conference. Held at a Manama-area hotel under the patronage of Lt. General Sheikh Rashed Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior for the Kingdom of Bahrain, the historic forum created a platform for fire operations education on a global platform.

Dr. Zakiya Ayo-Zahra Seymour Inducted into Georgia Tech Council of Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni
At a recent black tie ceremony held in Atlanta, Georgia on April 21st and sponsored by the College of Engineering of Georgia Tech, Dr. Zakiya Ayo-Zahra Seymour was inducted into their prestigious Council of Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni. This celebrated scholar and Aramco Brat began her academic career at Abqaiq Elementary School in 1985.
Jeffrey of Arabia Turns 50
Many of you may recognize this photo of Jeffrey of Arabia. Jeffrey Jaszczak was just 11 years old when the photo was taken. He lived in Dhahran behind the snack bar and then on Hufuf in Dhahran Hills when the photo was selected for a promotional ad for Aramco in the 80's.
