William Paul Haley
William Paul Haley, '47, of Sacramento, December 29, 2001 at 78. After two years at the U. of Oregon, he served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and attained the rank of captain in the Reserves. He attended Stanford after the war, earning his degree in social science and social thought. He worked abroad for ARAMCO Oil for five years before returning to California to work for the Campbell Soup Co. He retired in 1986 as vice president of human resources for Mercy Health Care Network. Survivors: his wife, Nancy; and two sons, Brian and Barry.
