Robert F. Dudley
Robert F. Dudley, 76, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 6:45 p.m. in Union Hospital. He was born June 6, 1934 in Sullivan, Indiana to William Dudley, Sr. and Irene Dudley.
He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Robert worked as a supervisor for Aramco Oil Company in Saudi for six years. He also worked in Belize Honduras for several years. He retired from Hargis Co, in 2003. He enjoyed watching old movies and was a lifelong car enthusiast.
Robert was preceded in death by three brothers William Dudley, Jr., Gilbert Dudley, and Jimmy Dudley and one sister, Mary Dudley. He is survived by his wife, Imelda Dudley; three sons, Tony Dudley of Homestead, Florida, Shawn Dudley of New Jersey, and Dustin Dudley of Terre Haute, Indiana; and one daughter, Terry Dudley of Tennessee. Grandchildren; Reed, Rolland and Mark. Nephews; Michael Dudley, David Dudley, Tim Dudley, Terry Dudley, Allan Dudley, Roy Dudley, Jeff Dudley, Gilbert Dudley Jr. and his wife Denise. Nieces; Pam Parker, Pat Aldredge, Dee Anderson, Cindy Monroe, Mary Sue Trueblood and Joann Nickerson.
Services will be Tuesday, March 1st at 1 PM at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana with visitation from 10 AM until service time. Sister Connie Kramer will be officiating. If friends so desire, contributions may be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church in honor of Robert Dudley.
