Peter Jay Clark
Peter Jay Clark was born in Steubenville, Ohio to Betty C. Clark and John C. Clark. Peter had an exciting life living in various states. The highlights of his youth included living in Bakersfield, California on a boat called the "Ahh So," where he and his father made frequent trips to Catalina Island. He later enjoyed visiting and living in Australia. After fulfilling his military commitment in the United States Air Force, Peter attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute. He became a licensed Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic.
As a licensed A&P Mechanic, Peter worked in the oil services field in the Gulf of Mexico, Egypt on the Camp David Peace Accord, and in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco.
Peter and Cynthia Williams were united in marriage on June 17, 1984 in Gulf Breeze, Florida. In the fall of 1985, Peter and Cindy moved to Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia where Peter was employed by Saudi Aramco. Peter was a devoted and wonderful father to his two daughters, Sarah and Chrissy. The Clark Family enjoyed their life abroad until Peter's retirement in 2007 and moved to Gulf Breeze, FL.
Peter passed away on October 6, 2022 due to health complications stemming from cancer.
