Lynn was born and raised in Waynoka, Oklahoma. They were married April 1, 1967 in San Diego, California and remained married for 49 years until Michael's passing in 2016.
Most of her married life, Lynn called Dhahran, Saudi Arabia her home, where she lived with Michael for 22 years while working for Aramco. While there, she enjoyed spending time with Michael, her kids and her friends. Some of her favorite hobbies were playing bridge, sewing, cooking, square dancing, and entertaining at home. Lynn loved to travel and was fortunate to visit many countries. Among her favorites were trips to Austria, England, Mexico, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Egypt, Iran, and Afghanistan. She loved her dogs and had many canine companions over the years. She leaves her last, "MacDuff", who was with her the past five years. During her time in Saudi Arabia, she was honored to have the opportunity to help support our troops during the Gulf War by providing Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the Desert Storm US soldiers.
Lynn is survived by her daughter, Cristine Vassar and husband Lloyd; her son, James Banville and wife Carrie; her brother William F. Urban, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She leaves behind many friends and family members; all of whom filled her with love and laughter throughout her life.
