We bid farewell to Kirk Arthur Krempel, who departed from this world on July 5, 2024, at the age of 73. Born in Watertown, WI, Kirk was the beloved only child of Lorraine and Orval Krempel, and his early years were filled with the love and guidance of his devoted parents. Kirk pursued higher education and earned an MBA in Accounting. Although his youthful aspirations were to become a doctor, life had other plans, leading him to discover a passion for numbers and a successful career in accounting. He admired accounting so much that he shared his passion by teaching at local community colleges.

Kirk's professional journey led him to Aramco Services Company, where he dedicated over 35 years of loyal service. It was at Aramco where he met Mary Frances Garcia, marking the beginning of their beautiful journey together. On January 2, 1981, they married and built a life filled with love and happiness. He was a devoted husband and father, and together they were blessed with two children, Kyle and Kayla. Kyle, married to Tiffany, has two children, Kendall and Makinzi, while Kayla, married to Mark Harden, has two children, Matthew and Alice.

Kirk enjoyed reading and had a keen interest in studying the weather, finding joy in understanding the world around him. He was also an avid jogger and enjoyed watching baseball games and exploring local grocery stores. His compassion for animals was well-known, reflecting his gentle and caring nature. Above all, Kirk cherished his family. He created countless cherished memories with his grandchildren, Matthew, Alice, Kendall, and Makinzi, who affectionately called him Opa. Kirk will be remembered for his integrity, kindness, and the deep love he had for his family and friends. His legacy of love, dedication, and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A memorial service to commemorate Kirk's remarkable life will be held at Clay's Mortuary. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating his life.
