James B. Webb
James B. Webb, who departed last October for long vacation and retirement, died on April 20 in California. At the time of his departure, Webb was supervisor, Storing and Issuing Parts, in the Maintenance, Supply and Traffic division, Abqaiq. He had worked in Abqaiq since his initial employment, September 12, 1948, having been floorman, stockman, storekeeper and materials controlman in the MS & T division.
Prior to joining Aramco, Webb had spent ten years with Lockheed, including a loan assignment to the California State Board of Education during World War II, when he taught shop mathematics, sheetmetal layout, blueprint reading and operation of metal fabrication machines at Glendale City College.
He is survived by his wife, Torchy, three sisters and one brother. Mrs. Webb's address is 16515 Felice Drive, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego 28, Calif.
