Edwin Otto Harris
Edwin Otto Harris, IBI-S. G died on January 20 of a coronary occlusion.
Edwin Harris was born on May 26, 1900, at Myrtle Point, Oregon. He is survived by his mother Mrs. Kathryn Harris, 8969 1/2 Ellis Avenue, Los Angeles, California. He was in Saudi Arabia for Bechtel-McCone from September 1944 until June 1946, and for IBI from October 1947, until June 1949. He arrived back in Saudi Arabia in July 1949 for IBI-S.G, assigned to Jeddah as a welder. Edwin returned to the Dhahran Air Base about December 20th for treatment of a fungus growth and apparently, from close friends, seemed in good health.
