Donald L. Haley
Donald L. Haley, born Oct. 15, 1925, in Clarksville, Tex., died in his sleep at 4:30 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 3, in Ras Tanura. Funeral services were held in the Ras Tanura theater Saturday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m.
Haley, who was Senior Articles checker, Storehouse division, Ras Tanura, served in the U.S. Navy from 1943 through 1946. He attended T.C.U. Fort Worth, Tex., 1946-47, then worked a year on Guam with Morris and Knudson Construction Company. Returning to Texas, he was in the automobile business in Mt. Pleasant from 1948 through 1950.
He joined Aramco in Los Angeles and arrived in Saudi Arabia June 5, 1951. He resigned from the company April 12, 1953 and returned to Los Angeles. He then came back to Saudi Arabia in August, 1956.
