Anthony Paul Zuma
Anthony "Paul" Zuma, Sr., 73, died June 6, 2016 in The Woodlands, Texas.
Paul was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Garden Villas Houston, and went on to be a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Texas.
At age 17, he took his first solo flight following in his pilot Father, Tony's footsteps, making his family proud.
Paul attended Mount Carmel Catholic High school and graduated from Allen Academy in 1961. He went on to attend and graduate from the University of Houston, where he met his wife, Starlet Ness.
He worked in Personnel Management at Qualitron Aero in Arlington, Brown & Root, McDermott, Santa Fe Engineer, and Aramco in Houston.
In his early adult life Paul, enjoyed writing and playing Rock N Roll music. He was published on a single titled, "Without A Doubt".
Paul enjoyed many hobbies once owning an antique store in Willis, Texas. He also enjoyed success as a seller of rare books, listing as many as 16,000 books in his online store.
Paul had a passion for saltwater fishing, and in his later years enjoyed spending time at his bay house "Hideaway on the Gulf" , and saltwater fishing with his family and grandchildren on the, Uno Mas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Raynez Zuma and sister Dorothy Ann Zuma Fuqua
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Starlet (Ness) Zuma; his son, Anthony "Paul" Zuma, Jr. and his wife, Hailey; his son Frank Morgan Zuma, and his wife, Kimberly ; his son, Tony Charles Zuma; and seven grandchildren: Nathan, Gwendolyn, Gabrielle, Garrett, Grayson, Griffin and Greta. And stepbrother Fred Carney.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM on Monday, June 13 at Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands with funeral services following at 10am. Interment immediately follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston. In lieu of flowers the family wishes to request donations to The Wounded Warrior Project or Montgomery County GOP.
