With extreme sorrow and grief, it is to inform that Mr. Abdul Rauf, ex-employee of Saudi Aramco, badge No. 75571, has passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 62 years in Lahore, Pakistan.
For the last 2 months, he bravely and stubbornly fought with Covid-19 to overthrow it, unfortunately it badly affected his lungs, which has taken his life.
His mourners include wife, a son, two daughters and two grandchildren; besides a lot of friends both in the country and abroad. He was born on May 6, 1958, completed his education in Lahore and worked a variety of jobs before being hired by ARAMCO.
He spent about 20 years with the Saudi Aramco training department and gained honor, pride and respect for his work ethic and excellence that is also reflected in an experience letter wrote by his superior upon his own retirement.

Due to some family reasons he decided to quit in 2000 and returned to his family in Pakistan.
During his employment with Saudi Aramco, after his working hours to utilize his spare time, he was actively engaged in sports-related activities and won a number of trophies, shields and medals for showing good performance in Badminton, cricket, karate, scrabble, shuffle board, etc. and these shields, cups and medals are the beauty of our display rack.

During his entire life he was known for his distinct smiley face, enviable sense of humor, and friendly nature. He was a person always ready to help.
This is an unbearable loss for those who loved him. No one can fill this gap. May Allah SWT grant him the highest place in Jannah, Ameen.
