It’s official! Reilly Financial Advisors was recently named to the 2017 Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers list, one of the most prestigious awards for those in the RIA industry! More than 2,000 qualifying companies were invited to complete a lengthy application process, but only an elite handful were chosen for the final list. The fourth annual edition recognizes the best of the best, accounting for each company’s unique approach and individual specialization.
To ensure a list of established companies with substantial expertise, Financial Times examines a database of RIAs registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and selects those that have over $300 million or more in assets under management (AUM). The formula the FT uses to grade advisers is based on six broad factors including the company’s age, industry certifications of key employees, SEC compliance record, and online accessibility.
