Ingredients:
2 Cups fresh basil leaves
3 Cloves of garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup olive oil
Salt & pepper seasoning as desired
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
This sauce can be used with broiled fish, steamed vegetables, pasta or spread on slabs of bread. Can be stored in refrigerator for 6 months (under 1/4 inch of olive oil).
