The Franklin Covey award is the first time Aramco Asia’s HR Department has won an award of such distinction.

Aramco Asia was recently recognized by Franklin Covey in China for excellence in leadership development, talent retention, employee training, and mentorship. The company received one of the top awards, and was selected from a group of over 300 international and domestic competitors.
This event represents the first time that Aramco Asia’s Human Resources (HR) Department has won an award of such distinction since the establishment of Aramco Asia headquarters in Beijing in 2012.
Aramco Asia’s head of HR, Abdulmohssin A. Al Otaibi, received the award on behalf of the company. After receiving the award, Al Otaibi noted, “Human capital is one of the most critical resources of any company.”

The award is presented annually by Franklin Covey to recognize companies for best practices in learning and development and provides a platform for them to share their outstanding performance.
