SAEEA Monthly Meeting for October 2011
The monthly meeting of Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA) Sindh based, was held on October 01, 2011 at Mr. Sher Ali’s office. The attendees were as follows:

The meeting started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Mr. Kamal Ahmed Farooqi. Following are the highlights: Mr. Kamal A. Farooqi President of SAEEA explained the activities took place during the month. The meeting was critique/short comings during SAEEA First Anniversary Function. A good number of ex-employees filled out SAEEA prescribed Evaluation Form. Most of the Ex-employees appreciated SAEEA performance during the first year and suggested few points; like change of Bank due to security reasons from Al-burka to Habib or Al-Habib Bank. SAEEA elections after completion of two years by the existing office bearers. Few ex-employees agreed to appoint representatives in five areas to collect the SAEEA’s subscription/donation. A “Vision” and “Mission” statements needs to be issued for SAEEA members. All office bearers were requested to participate and bring the points for the two statements which will be discussed in our forthcoming meeting. Appropriate accountability system needs to be developed for the gathering of the future events. This is to control the non-payment by attending members. Suggestions were made to use the coupons for every individual at the entrance. Audio System was not appropriate, needs improvement. SAEEA members will be asked to express their views. Time allowed will be two minutes to each speaker. Individuals will be asked to give their names to authorized representatives before they come on the microphone. It was decided to open membership for the children of Ex-Saudi Aramco Employees. The question of the next subscription will be decided at the next general meeting. To expedite the development on SAEEA Web Site. Mrs. Mahtab Saeed Khan could not attend the meeting due to some prior commitments. All office bearers visited Late Mr Muhammad Ashgar Fazli’s residence to pay their condolence to the family. Mr. Muhammad Asghar Fazli died on the morning of September 25, 2011. Inna Lella He Wa Inna Ellahey Rajoon. We met his son Engr. Fouad Muhammad Ashgar and paid condolence to him on behalf of all SAEEA Members. Engr Fouad Muhammad Asghar filled the membership form and join the SAEEA as he got lot of sweet memories with Saudi Aramco. Later we visited Mr. Farough Ahmed Siddiqui. He could not attend our Eid Milan Function due to some bad incident happened with him and his family. Mr. Siddiqui sustained few minor injuries on his face and during our visit we noticed that he has improved a lot. The next Monthly Progress Meeting will be held on November 01, 2011.
