Carolyn R. Taylor
Carolyn R. Taylor (Becky) passed away on June 30, 2022.
Becky was born in Memphis, Tennessee on February 27, 1938. She married James H. Taylor (Aramco retiree) in London, England on September 12, 1959 who predeceased her in 2019.
After marrying a Texan she found herself living the life of a nomad and ended up in Dhahran Saudi Arabia in 1976. She worked for Aramco‘s Communications Services Department from 1977-1983. After her and James departed Saudi Arabia in 1991 she and James eventually settled in Pearland, TX where she worked for Hewlett Packard and then H&R Block.
Becky volunteered her time teaching ESL courses to adults studying to earn their GED, enjoyed giving a helping hand to others and telling her grandkids stories about her children’s various adventures. She is survived by her son Rick and his wife Tina and their daughters Lindsey and Erin, her daughter Jan and her children Matthew, Sam and Ben, and her daughter Debi and her husband Tom and their children Miriam and Sarah.
