From March 1–14, hundreds of retired Aramco expatriate employees, and adults whose childhoods were spent in Aramco communities, will be attending the 2023 KSA Expat Reunion being held in Dhahran in their honor. Here is a look at the 2023 KSA Reunion calendar of events.
Day 1
Following ID registration, there will be an opportunity for guests to pay a morning visit to the Felwa & Johraha Museum and the Al Amer Museum in Dammam followed by afternoon visits to the Heritage Gallery in Dhahran and the Ashgar Museum Al-Rabiya. In the evening, guests will participate in the Walk of Nations at Dhahran Hills School.

Day 2
A majority of the day is reserved for a reunion of ExPats and Saudi retirees held at the Dhahran Expo Center followed by an evening music festival in Kings Park.

Day 3
Guests will have an opportunity to explore a variety of interests while participating in sports activities such as bowling and tennis, a craft show at Kings Park, a Home & Garden Tour, and a horse show at the Dhahran Hobby Farm. The fun continues with a later afternoon/early evening Khobar beach walk and an evening gathering for Brats at Jessich House.

Day 4
All-day excursions are planned to either the Yanbu facility and compound, a Jubail Island trip, or a visit to Al-Ula (for first-time reunion attendees). For those who remain in Dhahran, there will be a continuation of the Home & Garden Tour, Dhahran Community Tour, and Heritage Gallery walk-through. The evening will include a Khobar Corniche Bus Tour.

Day 5
All-day excursions will be offered to Ugair & Quraya or to Shaybah (for first-time reunion attendees). For those who remain in Dhahran, guests can go shopping in Dammam and attend a Yacht Club BBQ. A Saudi wedding event is planned as evening entertainment.

Day 6
All-day excursions will be offered to Qatif & Tarout with lunch by Mr. Sahati or to Shaybah (for first-time reunion attendees). Those who remain in Dhahran can participate in a game of golf or visit the Ithra & Energy Exhibit. A trip to Desert Designs is scheduled for the afternoon. Guests will have the opportunity to visit Abdul Majeed Park in Khobar with dinner hosted by Jamal Al-Ali.

Day 7
Morning activities include International Ladies Day at Al Diwan or an Aramco Trading Company & Digital Transformation 4IRC Centers visit. Or guests have the opportunity to participate in a 2-day trip to Abha. Afternoon and evening activities will include a Governor's visit, a USA Consulate Reception, and an Ithra & Energy Exhibit.
Day 8
A visit to Al Maha Ranch hosted by K. Al-Abdulkarim is offered or a visit to Aramco Trading Company & Digital Transformation 4IRC Centers. A continuation of golfing, Ashgar Museum Al-Rabiya, and Dammam shopping is on offer, as well in the afternoon a visit to Ospas Center.

Day 9
All-day excursions to Ras Tanura or Jubail & Royal Commission are planned or a 2-day trip to Jeddah. Guests remaining in Dhahran will be invited to tour the new EXPEC Building and attend the SAEA Desert BBQ dinner.

An all-day Mall Days (Bazaar) will take place at Al Diwan or a trip to Al-Hasa. Enjoy a horse show at the Dhahran Hobby Farm or a quilt show at the Quilt House. A music festival in Kings Park will wrap up the day.

There will be an opportunity for guests to travel to Riyadh for a 2-day stay or remain in Dhahran to enjoy the various activities that have been offered throughout the week. A theater show will be the evening's entertainment in Dhahran.

All-day excursions to Abqaiq & Udhailiyah or Al-Hasa are offered or remain in Dhahran to enjoy the various activities that have been offered throughout the week.

Day 13
Community tours to RT, Abqaiq and Udhailiyah are offered again in the morning followed by a Farewell Lunch and a visit to Saudi Aramco schools.
Day 14
All-day excursions will be offered to Nairiya, Al-Hasa, or Wasit, Khrsny, Fadhili & Manifa Oil & Gas facilities hosted by Saudi Aramco.
