The meeting of Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA) held on May 07, 2016 at SAEEA Coordinator, Mohammad Abdul Matin’s house.
The attendees were as follows:

- The meeting started with recitation of Holy Quran by the President, Kamal A. Farooqui.
- KAF thanked MAM for providing his house for SAEEA meeting and arranging a delicious lunch for attendees. This is the first time when spouses of SAEEA Managing Committee accompanied.
- KAF’s updated all attendees about SAEEA activities during April and May, 2016.
- KAF requested Arif Qamar to act as Event Organizer SAEEA; which he accepted.
- KAF apprised the attendees that no one has so far approached us for contesting SAEEA forthcoming elections. Now, SAEEA to appoint an Election Committee consists of three persons. The Committee will have full freedom for handling future elections.
- KAF requested AQ to look for a suitable place for having SAEEA’s 15th Reunion. The Reunion will be held after Eid-Ul-Fitr.
- Several Friends have been requesting for a get together during Ramadan in shape of IFTAR PARTY. KAF advised MAM to circulate a message among all Members and determine their interest in having the gathering on “EQUAL CONTRIBUTION BASIS; INCLUDING PAID MEMBERS”. SAEEA may organize the gathering, if good numbers of Friends intend participating the event.
- IAK briefed about SAEEA website and Whats App activities.
- MSH presented SAEEA updated account.
- GQK is back from Saudi Arabia. He stayed around six months and visited and met with several Friends in Saudi Aramco.
- SAEEA attended two funerals; Mr. Nazeer Ul Islam Zubairi and Shahid Qadri’s Father. SAEEA visited three SAEEA sick Members; (1) Kamal Farooqui’s house (wife is ill) (2) Iftikhar Ahmed. He was paralyzed a year ago. Now he is improving (3) Mahboob Asgher Bukhari. His Daughter is seriously ill.
