The Saudi Aramco KSA Expatriate Reunion will welcome 600 company retirees, brats, and their families back to the Kingdom in early 2019.
Scheduled for mid-March, an exciting program is on offer to the annuitants featuring Kingdomwide trips, visits to local places of interest, museum tours, cultural shows, special events, community tours and shopping experiences.
To ensure a successful and memorable experience for our guests, the Reunion Planning Committee is now looking for help from Saudi Aramco community members. Volunteering opportunities exist in hospitality, community tour guides, meet and greet, oral historians, trip chaperones, event stewards, first-aid responders, event recorders, and live musicians.
No previous experience is required. Guests will range from 15 to 90 and older, so volunteers are being sought who are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the company and community.
The program will be based from the KSA Reunion House on 11th Street in Dhahran. There will be many opportunities for lingering over coffee with guests to enjoy hearing their stories about the past and participating in events to help rekindle their memories.
Volunteer opportunities are available during the days, evenings, and over the weekend. Two detailed information sessions will be held at House 1180 on Monday, Dec. 3, from 9 to 11 a.m., and from 4:40 to 6:30 p.m.
