The Abqaiq Cookbook - 1973

½ cup dark corn syrup
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tsps. Ground ginger
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine ingredients and marinate meat in sauce overnight. This sauce is best used on spareribs or pork roasts. Use to glaze meat the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time.

Yield: 1 ¼ cups.
