The Abqaiq Cookbook - 1973

1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup oil
½ cup catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1 small onion, grated
1 lemon, juice only
1 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, grated

Put all ingredients into pint jar. Shake well. Serve as dressing for lettuce salad or as sauce for seafood.

Yield: 1 to 1 ½ cups.
